April News 2012 04/09/2012
Welcome, Spring! P2 has been enjoying the warm and beautiful weather. We will be discussing the season of Spring and all the wonderful things that happen in these up coming months. The caterpillars have arrived and we are excited to watch them turn into butterflies! Last month, we had our safety kids assembly and the children all performed the song, "I am in Charge". They learned so much about keeping safe and taking care of themselves. We also learned about math fractions. It was fun to divide different things up and figure out how many parts made a whole. This month we are focusing on measurement and landforms. Grandparents day will be on April 19th. The last week of April is our "Hobby Collection Week"! The children are invited to bring in their favorite collection or hobby to share with their friends. More information about this week will be sent home prior to that week. Hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday! P2 Add Comment March News update 03/15/2012
