Financial Policies

ENROLLMENT FEE
    There is a $50.00, non refundable enrollment fee to secure your child's placement for the school year.

YEAR ROUND TUITION
    Families are responsible for their child's tuition for the entire 52 week school year, regardless of whether they attend or not, this includes sick days, snow days, holidays and vacation days. Tuition needs to be completely paid in  paid in full prior to the start of the summer program.

PARTIAL YEAR TUITION
The only exception to year round tuition is for parents who "opt out" of our summer programs. These families have a tuition requirement of 42 weeks, excluding the 10 weeks designated as summer program weeks.

CHANGE IN SCHEDULES
    If you wish to make any changes to your child’s schedule, we require two weeks notice. A parent must come to the office in person to complete a Change of Schedule Form.  At this time, you will also be responsible to bring your reserve tuition up to date. There will be NO hour changes or tuition adjustments during the last four weeks of the academic school year. During those weeks, any additional hours must be paid on the day services are rendered.

LATE FEES
    There will be a $5.00 charge for any pickups after the 6:00 PM closing time. This charge will be initiated at 6:01 PM and will increase $5.00 for each 5 minute period thereafter. If your child is picked up after 6:00 PM this late charge must be paid the next day. If it is not paid the NEXT DAY then a $1.00 surcharge will be added to your account daily until it is paid.    

CANCELLATIONS
    If you need to withdraw your child from our program, you are required to give us two weeks written notice of termination. If notice is not given, two weeks of your reserve will be forfeited. ANY family remaining in the program after May 1st will be considered a full time student and will be responsible to pay it's weekly tuition until the last day of school.  A student will not be permitted to return to school in the Fall if all tuition from the previous year is not paid. School records will NOT be transferred or released until tuition is paid in full for the school year.

RETURNED CHECKS
    There will be a $25.00 charge for any checks returned by the bank. After the first returned check, it will be necessary for you to pay by cash or money order as long as your child attends our school.

 
Rates and policies are subject to change and modification. You will be notified two weeks before the effective date of change.
