Our ELC children enjoy singing songs like "Itsy Bitsy Spider" during morning circle time!
The children in E2-E3 have been enjoying our summer activities. They have been having a lot of fun so far with "Summer Camp Rocks...Let's Explore the World!" We made passports to kick off our summer adventure. So far, we have honored the USA with American crafts. Next, we were off to Venezuela to visit the rainforest! Miss Jackie helped us explore some rainforest animals. We also learned about tropical plants.
This week, we are visiting Thailand, and it is full of exotic animals. We were fortunate to have a visit from the Philadelphia "Zoo on Wheels" on Wednesday, July 18th. Eryn and Haniyyah were excited to see all of the animals that Miss Samantha, the zoo educator, brought along to share with our school. All of the children enjoyed the visit and were able to learn about a bird, a snake, a tortoise, and a sugar glider; rainforest animals from around the world!
A special shout-out to our summer birthdays: Kingston, Joslyn and Milo! Follow our journey throughout the summer as we embark on many more adventures during the coming weeks!
